Brauns Agency – State Farm is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
As our agency continues to grow, we want to make sure the level of service we provide grows with it. This is a service-focused position centered around taking care of our existing customers, solving problems, and making sure they have someone they can count on.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers
- Assist with policy changes, billing, documentation, and account needs
- Help customers understand their policies and coverage
- Assist with claims questions and next steps
- Process and follow up on service requests
- Maintain accurate customer documentation
- Identify changing customer needs or coverage gaps that should be reviewed
- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to retention
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- Previous customer service or insurance experience is preferred, but not required
- Must possess or be willing to obtain applicable Texas insurance licenses

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
